Björn-Philipp Diercks, Project A02, edited the book on "T cell activation" in the Methods in Molecular Biology series. This book provides detailed, up-to-date methods used in basic and applied research on T cell activation. Chapters explore the fundamentals of T cell biology and a board range cutting-edge techniques from initial Ca2+ live-cell imaging to downstream effector functions in autoimmune disease. PIs from projects A01, A02, A03, A06, A12, A13 and Z02 within the SFB1328 have contributed.
